Each school receives a set of detailed statistical reports. The information from the school report provides schools with a powerful diagnostic tool, which enables them to

1. Monitor and compare students' performance in the school
2. Track school level performance and class level performance from year to year
3. Identify areas for growth and revision within the school
4. Identify students with particular talents
5. Identify weak students who need special attention
6. Compare students' performance with those in the rest of the country
7. Include the diagnostic reports and certificates while compiling an academic portfolio

This will help teachers to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their students in the specific skill areas. Teachers can use this information to modify their teaching patterns to cover areas of weaknesses and fortify the existing strengths.

For any comparative statistical analysis to be precise and revealing, a good number of participants will be required. If the schools enroll a good number of students, the reports will be that much more comprehensive. That is why we encourage large group participation from every school.

Confidentiality

School data is confidential and is not made available to government departments or other schools. Confidentiality of school statistics is maintained at all times and EAA does not use these statistics to draw comparisons between schools or school systems. EAA fully complies with appropriate privacy legislation.
